Welcome to MIRAI LMS, operated by MIRAI Skills Network. By enrolling in our cohorts, using our learning management system (LMS), or accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Cohort Enrolment & Conduct

Our learning programs are cohort-based and follow fixed schedules with clear start and end dates. By enrolling, you commit to actively participating alongside your cohort peers. Disrespectful behavior in course discussion portals, study forums, or live sessions will lead to immediate removal without a refund.

2. Assignment Submissions & Scoring

To maintain strict academic integrity and limit copy-pasting, MIRAI enforces time windows on all assignments.

• Assignments open immediately after the corresponding tool lesson is completed.
• Submissions made after the strict deadline window will be automatically blocked or flagged.
• Decisions regarding late submission grades are handled programmatically and are final.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

Payments for premium tracks are processed securely. Due to the limited-seat nature of cohort-based learning, refund requests must be initiated at least 7 days before the official cohort start date. Once a cohort begins, no refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, video lectures, coding challenges, AI templates, and learning documentation hosted on the Mirai LMS are the intellectual property of MIRAI Skills Network. Access is granted solely for individual educational use.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide tools and platforms "as is" without warranty. While our programs are designed to optimize productivity and placement readiness, we do not guarantee job placements or academic admissions as a direct result of completion.
